Ramsay will give suitable and qualified advice to clients in order to ensure they comply with their duties under the Construction Design Management regulations 2007.
In particular we will: -
- Advise on the appointment of experienced, qualified designers & contractors.
- Ensure adequate arrangements are in place for managing your project.
- Supply notification to the HSE about your planned project.
- Identify and compile preconstruction information for your project
- Manage the flow of health & safety information between clients, designers and contractors.
- Produce or update a user friendly health & safety file suitable for ongoing use at end of the construction phase.
